Refunds and Returns
Since these are food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If there is a problem with your order, we need you to do 3 things so we can resolve it for you:
- Take photos of the problem and packaging (front and back).
- Find the production code. It’s an 8 digit code printed in black ink on the packaging.
- Send the photos and production code to email@example.com with your order number.
Once we have this information, we will either send you a replacement order or refund it.
