Refunds and Returns

Since these are food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order, we need you to do 3 things so we can resolve it for you:

  1. Take photos of the problem and packaging (front and back).
  2. Find the production code. It’s an 8 digit code printed in black ink on the packaging.
  3. Send the photos and production code to hello@theovendoor.ca with your order number.

Once we have this information, we will either send you a replacement order or refund it.
